Every year, Choice Insurance celebrates the achievements of our service team members who put clients first and epitomize our core values through the Standing Ovation Award.
The Standing Ovation Award is an annual peer-to-peer award that highlights the achievements and dedication of insurance service team members. Maddi Urschel, Client Account Specialist, was selected as the 2025 Choice Insurance Standing Ovation Award recipient.
“Maddi has shown incredible growth during her short time on the insurance team,” Amanda Carlson, Personal Lines Manager of Agency Operations, remarked. “She has become an exceptional resource for her peers and goes above and beyond for clients each and every day. She is willing to take on extra tasks when needed and is an integral part of this team. ‘Work hard, do the right thing’, rings true for her every day!”
The Standing Ovation Award recognizes individuals who embrace a positive can-do attitude and continuously strive for excellence. Choice Insurance associates nominate their coworkers for this award and the winner is chosen by our leadership team.
