Joan is a true team player in every sense of the word. She is always willing to pitch in regardless of the ask. Joan continuously makes time to mentor new service team members, helping them build confidence. She is also a trusted source of knowledge and guidance for new associates, generously sharing her experience and insights. She is a great example of living the Vizance Values! Her efforts have made a lasting impact on both their colleagues and the organization.

Sunnie consistently delivers far beyond her core responsibilities of servicing a book of business while helping lead our Commercial Lines Training & Development Team. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, she has been instrumental in supporting ongoing facility and infrastructure initiatives across our Minnesota operations, including branch and workspace expansion projects. Sunnie’s versatility, leadership, and willingness to step in wherever needed make her the definition of a “Swiss Army Knife.” Through her actions and commitment to excellence, Sunnie has demonstrated the qualities that define a Keystone Award recipient!
