Vizance recently announced that they will be opening a location in Milwaukee later this summer. They will occupy the fifth floor penthouse in the former Jennaro Bros. building at 322 N. Broadway in the Third Ward. The building has undergone extensive renovations.

“The Third Ward is an incredibly vibrant area, and we are excited to be part of the neighborhood,” said Vizance President Jeff Cardenas. “We believe that our company culture will be a natural fit in the area.”

Vizance has experienced exceptionally rapid growth over the past several years, and the Broadway location is projected to allow for continued future growth. “We intend to hire 30 people for the Third Ward location over the next three years,” said Cardenas. “Our strategic plan includes expansion through both organic growth and M&A activities, and we’re optimistic that this location will be a great fit for our organic growth goals.”
