The Act includes several provisions to protect American workers and assist employers in providing emergency paid sick leave, as well as paid family leave in the case of school closures, for working families impacted by COVID-19. Vizance recently announced that Green Bay-based Hornick Insurance Services, Inc. joined Vizance on January 1, 2020. Founded in 1969, Hornick Insurance Services offers business insurance, home and auto insurance, farm insurance, and health insurance. Hornick Insurance Services will continue to operate under that name from its office location in Green Bay. The organization will offer its clients the same trusted advice and excellent service for which it has always been known, now backed by the broad resources of Vizance. Founder and owner Ken Hornick, along with other Hornick family members, will continue with the organization. "We are excited to join one of the fastest-growing insurance agencies in the state, and to be able to provide additional tools and resources that are available with Vizance," said Ken Hornick, owner of Hornick Insurance Services. We are pleased to announce that Brandy Enger has joined Vizance as Director of Personal Lines. Since 1999, Enger has been employed with R&R Insurance Services, Inc., holding multiple leadership roles in their Personal Lines Division including Client Service Director and Private Client Executive. During her tenure, Brandy successfully executed multiple initiatives leading to increased revenue and improved profitability, while maintaining an intense focus on relationship building and growth. Brandy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and currently sits on WCTC's Business Management Advisory Board. "I am excited to join a firm whose vision and values are so closely aligned with my own," said Enger. Vizance opened two new locations this month. The Milwaukee location is now open at 322 N. Broadway, on the 5th floor. This location in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward combines a historical building with brand-new construction on the top floor. The office is situated among a variety of shops and restaurants. In Oshkosh, you can find us at 2935 Universal Court. This renovated office combines two previous locations into one bigger space. Located just a few minutes from I-41, we look forward to serving the Oshkosh community.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel released its annual ranked list of Top Workplaces, based on surveys of employees of area businesses, and Vizance took 1st place in the category of employers with 50 - 150 associates. The list included 75 businesses in a variety of industries, and can be viewed here.

Vizance recently announced that they will be opening a location in Milwaukee later this summer. They will occupy the fifth floor penthouse in the former Jennaro Bros. building at 322 N. Broadway in the Third Ward. The building has undergone extensive renovations. “The Third Ward is an incredibly vibrant area, and we are excited to be part of the neighborhood,” said Vizance President Jeff Cardenas. “We believe that our company culture will be a natural fit in the area.” Vizance has experienced exceptionally rapid growth over the past several years, and the Broadway location is projected to allow for continued future growth. “We intend to hire 30 people for the Third Ward location over the next three years,” said Cardenas. “Our strategic plan includes expansion through both organic growth and M&A activities, and we’re optimistic that this location will be a great fit for our organic growth goals.”
